Thomas Kane has been employed with Manor Lake Development since its inception in 2017. As Vice President of Construction, he is responsible for all phases of our projects including pre-development, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, production and quality control. Tom brings over 35 years of construction experience to MLD and has extensive experience in development, construction and reconstruction of multifamily housing.
Prior to joining MLD, Tom served as Vice President for PRS Companies, Vice President of NRC and Owner of Property Condition Advisors where he managed development and construction of over 36, 000 apartments, condominiums and senior housing units in the Southeast.
