SIC (US 1987) : Lakeside Village, Incorporated (non-profit) is a Parcel Owner’s Association (POA), located in Blairsville, Union County, GA. The active adult community has 100 home sites with privately maintained paved roads. Our community has year round direct access to Lake Nottely.
A Board of Directors manages the affairs of the POA in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws. All directors are elected by the POA membership in accordance with the Lakeside Village By-laws. The POA Annual Assessment is paid in quarterly installments, due by the first of January, April, July and October.
The community clubhouse hosts a wide variety of activities to include billiards, card and other games, TGIF socials, monthly breakfasts, pot luck dinners and special events. The clubhouse area includes the community’s private boat launch, 2 marina style boat/PWC docks, kayak storage, a gathering gazebo, and a community swim platform. There is a community storage area for RV’s, boats, and utility trailers.
